Professional spamming is big business and involved a lot of money in equipment and operational cost--they have their own servers, dedicated high speed Internet line connection, don't go through any ISPs and are immune from shut-down.

• The spammer gets "fired" (if working for a company), imagine getting more than 50% returned undeliverable email out of 100,000 messages sent plus all the counter-junks mails.
  
  You don't need rocket science to figure out that you need powerful mail server system and strong ISP backbone support.
   

• Since buyers can't get through to you, what is the use of sending them out in the first place? Imagine sending 100,000 spam mails and getting all the above at the same time.
  
  If you are working for a company and spamming without permission--thinking that it is just another method of sales marketing media--you should start looking for a new job. If you have permission to do it (get it in writing) or you will end-up being the scrape-goat and get fired anyway.

Every email sent-out, are always generated from a real computer from which it was sent and can be traced. What ever cloaking method being used, since the objective is to sell something, it always leads to the originator (the seller).
